LHSAA suspends North Vermilion/Comeaux football teams for this Friday's game

The Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) has suspended Comeaux High School and North Vermilion Patriots for this Friday’s games.
In other words, the Patriots and the Spartans will stay home this Friday. The Patriots were scheduled to be on the road to battle the Teurlings Rebels.
It was the Rebels’ homecoming game, and now they are scrambling for an opponent.
The Spartans were scheduled to play the St. Thomas More Cougars.
They were suspended due to a fight after last week’s NV/Comeaux football game.
