KAPLAN — Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Joyce Campbell, 62, who died Thursday, April 13, 2017 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Clint Trahan officiating the services.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Daniel “Shamo” Campbell; one son, Philip Campbell and his wife, Kristi of Kaplan; two daughters, Charlotte Campbell of Abbeville and Andrea and her husband, Ryan “Red” Richard of Lyons Point; her mother, Irene Mire Bourque of Kaplan; and four grandchildren, Emily Campbell, Kelsey Campbell, Olivia Richard, and John William Richard.
She was preceded in death by her father, Willis Demette; and one sister, Brenda Demette.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Monday, April 17, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 8:00 AM until services.
