Kaplan—A Mass of Christian burial was held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Winston Edward Foreman, 96 years, who died Monday, January 2, 2017 at his residence. He was laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Paul Bienvenu officiating the services.
