For political leaders to convince a nation to adapt Socialism (for power and money) you must not be in a rush, and slowly break down the existing economic/political system. You then must offer the citizenry, especially the young, a social utopia with political empowerment. Venezuela is the perfect model to follow. During the 1950’s – 1980”s massive oil reserves made Venezuela the fourth-richest country in the world. Today Venezuela is one of the poorest countries, and rampant inflation has made its currency practically worthless.

This current presidential race feels all so familiar. Like the 2016 race, the latest polls show Donald Trump significantly behind his Democratic opponent. Once again, the media is confidently predicting his demise and delighting in their dream of an upcoming Democratic victory.

Socialism, crony Capitalism and religion

It is important to study history so that we can learn from the mistakes of earlier generations, as history has a habit of repeating itself. Regardless of whether you study the bible, or the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, or American History—you will see familiar patterns of man’s achievements and failures, with religion always in the picture. With that said, let us take a quick study of the economic systems that are dominating the world today.

The three pillars of American exceptionalism

America has been for many years the beacon of freedom and hope for the world, and there are three key reasons for this exceptionalism: The Constitution, Capitalism and Religion. Our Constitution is the supreme law of the land and was designed to protect the moral foundation that all men are created equal with unalienable Rights from God, and its unique separation of powers allowing its citizens the Right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness is like no other in the world.
